By accessing and using Cirrusly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Cirrusly provides cloud security posture management services, including security scanning, compliance reporting, and cloud resource monitoring. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activities that occur under your account; notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use; providing accurate and complete registration information.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; use the Service to scan resources you do not own or have permission to scan.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data about your cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of providing security scanning and compliance reporting services. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis; all fees are non-refundable except as required by law; you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees; we may change pricing with 30 days notice; failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cirrusly, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirrusly, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
